The Operational Analysis (OA) software system provides a simple but effective alternative to paper-based systems which are most commonly used today. A simple Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) allows a supervisor to analyse completely any task for complience or non-complience by supplying answers to a comprehensive set of questions. These questions can be tailored to make an inspection a simple and effective task instead of one, which using purely manual observation, can become prone to inaccuries and anomalies.

Once complete all data collected can be downloaded to a central system. This allows that data to be collated, added to previously collected data and then analysed using a simple set of tools e.g. tables, barcharts, piecharts, etc. This then allows the user to spot trends and rectify possible future problems before they happen.  The software is flexible enough for it to be applied across even the largest organisation and so can be easily incorporated into the procedures and tasks of almost any company.
